We chose Elia Ceniceros from L3 because of her integrity, experience, knowledge and trustworthiness.  She was with us every step of the way, being patient, explaining the process and advising the best approach in a highly competitive market.  We never felt like we were working with a ‘sales person’.  She was available to answer any questions at anytime.  Her customer service skills are impeccable and highly professional.  She had and continues to have our best interest at heart even after our purchase. 

Elia is family! Her first priority is making sure “you” are taken care of. During the time we were searching for a home, my wife was returning from 15 month military deployment. Elia went above and beyond for a long stretch of time working with us to find the right home. Elia never pressured us to settle for anything we didn’t feel we could call home, she kept insisting the right house is out there for us. Throughout the entire process Elia is there for you! I have highly recommended her to all my family and friends, and they also had the great experience working with Elia as we have. As a first time homebuyer, you hear about how stressful and time consuming the whole process can be so we went in preparing ourselves for what we thought was going to be a tough and grueling process.  When we contacted Elia, she was very excited for us and positive about finding a home that was going to be perfect for us.
