Community Movie Night Success — Strengthening Our Costa Mesa Community

Our recent Community Movie Night at California Elementary School was more than just an event — it was a reminder of what makes the Costa Mesa community so special. With nearly 200 neighbors, families, and friends gathering under the evening sky, the night was filled with laughter, connection, and the simple joy of spending time together.

Seeing kids play, families relax with blankets and lawn chairs, and neighbors reconnect perfectly reflects why we continue to host community events throughout the year. These moments create stronger neighborhoods, lasting friendships, and a deeper sense of belonging — something we believe is just as important as buying or selling a home.

We’re especially proud to partner with California Elementary School and support the incredible educators, families, and local residents who make this area such an amazing place to live. What an unforgettable night! Thank you to our incredible Mesa Verde community for coming out to celebrate the season and make this year’s Holiday Golf Cart Parade such a huge success.

From the festive decorations to the creative themes and glowing lights, the carts were truly next level. The energy, smiles, and holiday spirit throughout the neighborhood are exactly what make this event so special year after year.

Mesa Verde 4th of July Celebration 2025 | Community Recap

What an incredible day! Thank you to everyone who joined us for Mesa Verde’s biggest and best 4th of July celebration yet! This year’s festivities were packed with laughter, community spirit, and unforgettable moments—from the legendary Inner Loop Bike Parade to face painting, balloon artists, delicious mini donuts, and, of course, strong coffee from Coffee Dose.

A special thank you to Coffee Dose for joining us this year and keeping everyone fueled with your amazing coffee!

We loved seeing so many neighbors, friends, and families come together to celebrate. Your support and energy made this event truly special, and we can’t wait to do it all again next year!

Pacific Sands Community Garage Sale DETAILS!

Pacific Sands Neighborhood Annual Garage Sale - April 5th!

Huntington Beach, CA – Mark your calendars! The Pacific Sands Neighborhood will be holding its highly anticipated annual garage sale on Saturday, April 5th, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Get ready for a treasure trove of amazing finds!

Join your neighbors for a morning of bargain hunting and community spirit. You'll find everything from household items and furniture to clothing, toys, and much more. Come discover hidden gems and support your neighbors all at the same time!

Donation Opportunity: Have items that didn't sell or that you'd like to donate? Goodwill will be on-site (8122 Snowbird Dr) on Sunday, April 6th to collect donations from 11am - 12pm. This is a convenient way to declutter and give back to the community. REMINDER: They cannot accept furniture, bulky items, batteries, or lightbulbs at this event. We can, however, accept clothing, household items, shoes, books, electronics, and e-waste.

COMPLETED EVENTS 2024

The 3rd Annual Mesa Verde Holiday Golf Cart Parade shimmered to life on Friday, December 20th. As dusk settled, a line of decorated golf carts gathered at the Adams School Parking Lot, ready to embark on their festive journey. At 6 PM, with Santa leading the way, the parade began, a dazzling spectacle of lights and holiday cheer. The Costa Mesa Police Department expertly guided the procession through the neighborhood streets, ensuring smooth sailing for the merry convoy. Residents lined the sidewalks, marveling at the creativity on display – from whimsical winter wonderlands to laugh-out-loud holiday scenes. The spirit of giving was alive and well, with attendees generously donating toys for Operation Santa. The Costa Mesa Firefighters added to the festive atmosphere with fun activities along the route. The parade culminated in a lively decorating contest, with OC MONSTER CARTS awarding prizes to the most imaginative creations. As the last cart rolled away, one thing was clear: the magic of the Mesa Verde Holiday Golf Cart Parade would linger long after the lights had dimmed, and everyone was already looking forward to next year's enchanting event.

4th of July Bike Parade!

What an Incredible 4th of July Celebration! We could not be more proud to be a part of this fabulous neighborhood event in Mesa Verde. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a special day! Special shout out to the Costa Mesa Police Department for keeping us safe a secure during the bike parade! We are so grateful to be part of such a vibrant and supportive community. Here's to many more unforgettable celebrations together!
