Dawn Nicolaisen

Dawn is a third generation Costa Mesa/Newport Beach native and comes from a long line of entrepreneurs from local restaurant owners (Dillman's Restaurant on the Peninsula), to real estate developers and insurance brokers. She attended St. Joachim and Mater Dei High School and went on to earn college degrees at Cal State Fullerton and Pepperdine University. She excelled in her career as a Marketing Director and lead award-winning marketing campaigns at influential corporations such as Experian and BMC Software. Today Dawn is focused on her true passions, people and community. Dawn applies her work ethic and negotiation skills to deliver the best results for her clients. She is a board member for the Kaiser Woodland Schools Foundation, a member of the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce and is an active supporter of charities that support our youth and homeless, such as, Project Hope Alliance and Build Futures.
