It may just be me, but doesn’t it seem as if the general drift of things is that it’s getting harder and harder to make ends meet? And that younger people are getting the brunt of it?

On Friday, Costa Mesa’s real estate outlook ended the busy month with a genuine surprise—one that could well augur an extension of Costa Mesa real estate’s traditional peak selling season. According to an educator in NYU’s finance department, if your Costa Mesa house has experienced the kind of growth that’s been typical over the past couple of years, your Facebook friends will be more likely to buy a home themselves.
